AI Statement
At Arêvie, Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support, facilitate, and enhance the design process. AI is used within a limited scope, primarily to address gaps in the media assets available to your brand. Regardless of the tools used, every design decision and feature is carefully reviewed to ensure consistency with your brand objectives, visual identity, and project goals. AI is one of many tools Arêvie may use to support project implementation, not a substitute for thoughtful, human-led design.
Clients may request that AI tools not be used at any time during the consultation process.

Which website hosts do you use?
At Arêvie, we have worked with most of website hosts so we’re happy to build with the tools you already own and feel comfortable with.
We’re also happy to support your review of website hosts and make a selection that best meets your needs.
Do I have to use WordPress?
At Arêvie, we believe in a functional approach to website design that considers both the needs of your users and your organization. While we’re typically happy to build on the tools you are comfortable with, if during the consultation process we identify business need(s) that are better met with alternative tools, we will provide you with a professional opinion. However, it is ultimately your decision to determine which tool(s) and website hosts to use.
How many meetings are included?
All Arêvie website projects include as many meetings/consultations as needed to align our work with your vision.
What is your design style?
While we love to experiment and take creative risks, at Arêvie we thrive on design simplicity, vibrant colours, and animation that undeniably communicate the life of your vision. Whether your organization calls for something expressive and energetic or refined, polished, and professional, we tailor every design to reflect the character of your brand, never forcing it into a style that isn’t yours.
I have a limited project budget, can you help?
Big ideas don’t always come with big budgets. We work with students, emerging creators, and budget-conscious organizations to create thoughtful, professional designs that make the most of every dollar.
How does website maintenance work?
After the launch of each Arêvie site, we will continue to provide maintenance services for up to one year after the launch date.
After the first year, you are welcome to purchase an annual maintenance package to recieve contineous support. Additional services can be requested separately.
I've used WordPress before, and I'm scared of the back-end. Staff can never edit the site.
At Arêvie, every website built with WordPress uses a visual builder on the back-end. For most Arêvie sites, that would be Divi by Elegant Themes. However, depending on the specific business needs, other block-builders may be used. Regardless of which tools are used, we know that you need to be able to edit your site easily, quickly and on a short notice.
Do you consider SEO and accessibility in design choices?
Of course! At Arêvie, websites are meant to work as beautifully as they work, which means they’re meant to work for all your audience. Accessibility and SEO are considered functional pillars in the design process, and influence website set up.
How much does a website cost?
It is difficult to estimate the cost of a site as it depends on the size of your business, the features requested, development timelines and media/graphic readiness. Aside from the design costs, websites typically also have the following costs:
- Domain (.ca or .com), approximately ~$15 CAD to $30 CAD annually.
- Website Host, costs vary anywhere from $60 CAD to $120+ CAD annually. Costs depends on included features i.e. email, WordPress, storage.
- Email (@yourdomain.ca). Most website hosts do not include email in their primary package, so costs varies from $0 CAD (if it is included) to $60+ CAD annually.
We are happy to support you in selecting a website host/email provider that best meets your needs and cost constraints. For select organizations, we may be able to offer support sevrices through Arêvie resources.
